return policy

Last updated 16 May 2026. This policy covers aftercare products, colour edits, gift cards and treatment bookings made with Saturn Beauty.

aftercare products

If you buy physical products online, you usually have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us you want to cancel, then 14 days to return them. Products should be unused, unopened and returned with their original packaging where possible.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

hygiene and sealed goods

For hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns for opened or used cosmetics, lash care, nail care, oils or similar aftercare items unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a photo if helpful. We will offer a replacement, repair or refund where required by UK consumer law.

gift cards

Gift cards are usually non-refundable once issued, unless required by law. Expiry dates, redemption rules and balances may be managed through Square or the issuing platform.

appointments and deposits

Returns of physical goods are separate from treatment bookings. Appointment cancellation, rescheduling, no-show fees and deposits are handled under the booking terms shown in Square at the time of booking.

Before launch, align this page with the exact Square shop, gift card, deposit and cancellation settings so clients see the same rules in both places.
